We’re excited to share that our recent chainsaw safety training in Kīholo, Hawaiʻi, on December 12, 2024, was a great success. Eight individuals from four local organizations and agencies came together to become certified in chainsaw safety, strengthening their ability to serve their communities in times of need.
Led by Justin Barrios of Backyard Monkey, this training equipped another dedicated group of community members to respond effectively during disasters.
With chainsaw safety trainings taking place across the island, we are grateful for the continued commitment of local individuals eager to enhance their skills and contribute to the well-being of their communities.
