Project Summary
A refillable bottle washing project. Help local business that supports local farms decrease waste (e.g. single-use bottles that go into landfill). Assist local business to not be affected by the disruption in supply chain of glass bottles.
"Vibrant Hawaiʻi is making this dream of returning to a more traditional way of reusing resources (silica & glass) a reality. Instead of using glass bottles as a single-use commodity where they would be recycled as HI5, they will instead be washed and returned to the store to be reused multiple times."
