Waitlist FAQs
Does completing this form guarantee I will receive food boxes?
No. This is a waitlist only. Families will be contacted if food boxes become available at their distribution site.
How will I know if a food box is available?
All notifications will be sent by text message. Please make sure the phone number you provide is accurate and able to receive text messages.
What number will text messages come from?
Messages will come from Vibrant Hawaiʻi. We recommend saving the Vibrant Hawaiʻi text notification number in your phone: 1-808-900-0256
Who is eligible for Kaukau 4 Keiki?
Eligible keiki are:

Age 18 and under, or
-
Up to age 22 with a disability and enrolled in a HIDOE school
Can I register more than one child?
Yes. A separate form must be completed for each child.
Why do you need my child's physical address?
Your address helps determine eligibility and ensures your child is assigned to the correct distribution site within your region.
Can I use a P.O. Box?
No. A physical address is required.
Can I pick up food from a different region or distribution site?
No. Families are only eligible to pick up food from locations serving their home zip code and designated region.
I submitted the form. What happens next?
Your child will be added to the waitlist. If food boxes become available in your region, you will receive a text message with pick-up instructions.
