Led by our Vibrant Hawaiʻi Ambassadors, this Hands-Only CPR and AED Training will equip youth and young adults (ages 14-24) with the skills to confidently perform CPR without the need for mouth-to-mouth as well as how to properly operate an AED machine. This will allow you to provide critical assistance until first-responders arrive on scene. We will walk you through the correct techniques for chest compressions and it's effectiveness while also providing you the confidence to take action during a life-threatening emergency. 

Note: This is a skills building course, not a certification course.
