About the Event
In this 2-day training, Dr. John Pellitteri will provide training, coaching, and feedback to deliver certification coursework to improve listening and communication effectiveness. The course includes 6 hours of direct instruction on active listening and 3 hours of instruction on presenting the material in a group format.
