The Koʻolau Resilience Hub Network recently held a Project Kōkō Hands-Only CPR Train-the-Trainer Workshop, led by Hawaiʻi Island Battalion Chief Stacy Domingo.

Six individuals are now qualified to train community members in this essential life-saving technique. Hoʻomaikaʻi nui to Olivia Wallace, Joe Wat, Kahiau Wallace, Megan Leota, Londa Fukumitsu, and Olga Velez for completing the training. Their readiness to take on trainer roles demonstrates a strong commitment to community safety and local emergency preparedness. With their support, future workshops can be delivered locally, increasing access to vital emergency response training for residents across the Koʻolau region.
