Family-Centered Coaching Certification for Social Service Navigators

Our Social Service Navigators are now officially certified in Family-Centered Coaching that equips them with the mindset, tools, and skills to support families holistically. This certification ensures our navigators can meet families where they are, offering personalized assistance and empowering them with the best possible care and guidance.

"Through this training, our Navigators have learned that they cannot 'fix' people, but instead, they walk alongside them as coaches, encouraging them to problem-solve and discover their own solutions for long-term success," Toni Symons, Social Service Navigator Project Lead.
